The harp comes with everything promised, (harp, case, tuner, extra strings) and matches the picture. However, there are definitely blemishes in the wood and as you can see, part of the case is ripped. The case does have handles, zips, and is padded and is otherwise nice. There is no doubt that this is a beautiful, lovely instrument and I look forward to playing it, but it definitely has some light-moderate wear.
