I’ve been taking this supplement for a couple of years. I definitely think it is a good immunity boost! I’m happy to find it in this larger quantity.HealthForce is the epitome of premium, ethical, high potency and pure herbs..... I love this mushroom supplement powder...... Very fine powder that dissolves well. Mild flavor. And a serving is about a teaspoon so it lasts quite a while..... I always feel like I'm blessing myself when I have this added to a cocao drink, smoothie or tea ???I have fibromyalgia, and I try to find natural ways to deal with the pain and inflammation. A friend recommended these mushroom capsules. Since I do not like mushrooms, I was very pleased to find these have no flavor and are easy to swallow with water. I have noticed a significant difference in my inflammation levels and the added bonus of better immunity from head colds and such.Have been taking them for two years or so. I think they are a good part of my staying healthy.I like the taste, fact that they are heat processed, which is necessary to have the benefits from the mushrooms, amber glass bottle and all around good company.
