For those who try to be dairy and or gluten-free (or need to be), I'm very fond of Katz's baked goods. They are expensive, as with most specialty food products which makes it less of a value for the money. However, I find many gluten free baked goods are not very good. I don't know how Katz's does it, but everything I've tried of theirs - I can't really tell it's not made from wheat flower. These were cinnamon donuts. I've tried chocolate, glazed, and cranberry, too, and all are equally good.
